For best results please use the following guidelines when supplying your digital files:

FILE FORMATS – WINDOWS

‘tif, .eps, .pdf, .jpg

Or native files from:
Adobe Illustrator CS5+ to latest
Adobe Photoshop CS5+ to latest
Indesign CS5+ to latest

FOR BEST RESULTS :

please specify the application of your printed products, i.e. Do your prints need to fit a specific system, are they for outdoor use, are they short term or long term, do they need to hang or be stuck direct to a wall? Any information you give us on how you will use your printed products will help us to get the best results for your project.
convert all fonts to outlines/paths, or embed the fonts in your file and supply the font file
use high resolution images in your files use CMYK images not RGB supply a hard-copy for proofing.
Where colour matching is critical you should supply an industry standard colour proof and specify PMS colours. Or a sample of the colour you wish to match. Please not that we are not able to match metallic or fluorescent colours with our printers. For vinyl cutting use vector graphics with a specific cut path (please call us for more info).

SCALING OF ARTWORK :

You can supply layout at your preferred size however use the following as a guide to resolution of included images:

100% @ 150dpi
50% @ 300dpi
25% @ 600dpi

MEDIA :

We can accept files on most removable media, DVD, CD, USB stick etc.
We accept files via email up to 10mb in size.
We have ftp available. Please contact us for details.
We can download large files from third-party sites such as wetransfer.com or dropbox.com etc.
